Finished
Today I handed in our Brooklyn pre-production folder which contains things such as log sheets and risk assessments. Me and Ashton was also available to export our soap opera which we made in Final Cut Pro into a quicktime movie, which now means that we have completed all of the work to do with Brooklyn.

Pre/Post production
Today I continued catching up with some of the pre-production planning which I needed to do such as call sheets and the shot list, as Ashton was redoing the storyboard for the soap opera because we had changed some shots. Once I had completed the planning which I was doing, Chantelle and I continued to edit our soap which I believe is completed now as we trimmed some more clips today. We also added the end credits at the end of Brooklyn whcih also follows the conventions of a sopa opera.
Me and Chantelle was then able to continue on making the title sequence which had got deleted which we also was able to finish today, as we added the soundtrack of Curtis Mayfield, Move on up. Which we then faded out at the appropriate times, this song is also repeated at the end credits of the soap opera so that Brooklyn appears more professional.

Editing
Today I done some more editing on the Macs of our soap opera and we are near enough finished the opening scenes. All the scenes which will be used in it are all trimmed which allowed me to place them in the correct order so that the sopa opera will flow. Unfortunately the title sequence of 'Brooklyn' had accidently got deleted therefore yesterday and part of today I was recreating it, i.e, trimming the scenes down, adding transitions and the music.

Filming
Today me and Ashton went and got the equipment which we had previously booked the day before, unfortunately the other member of ourproduction team was late, therefore me and Ashton had to set up the equipment on location. After half an hour Chantelle arrived on location although by then the camera had already been set up and was ready for us to film 'Brooklyn'.
So today we filmed some of the scenes which take place at the Barber's although because we only had 2 actors, rather than 3 which was originally planned, I had to imprivose and change some of the scenes in the script. So now the scenes which take place at the Barber's is showing the interaction betwenn just one employee and a customer, rather than 2 employees and a customer having a gossip. Due to this, I will have to change some of the script so that is matches the finished soap opea.
Hopefully we should be finished filming and ready to edit by Thursday evening, as this is when we plan to film the other scenes which take place at two different locations.

Script for opening scenes
Friday evening I wrote the script for the first 5 minutes of 'Brooklyn'. I will show this to my group tomorrow to see if any adjustments needs to be made.
Opening scenes for our soap opera
On Thursday I created what would be included in the first five scenes of 'Brooklyn'. Me and my group discussed it and then I produced the order in which the scenes would follow.
